Blairsville, GA – Congratulations to Doug Collins who will be the U.S. Congressman for the new 9th District. Collins will be replacing Representative Tom Graves and Representative Paul Broun’s former districts that were combined in the redistricting of the state. Collins won 55% over his opponent, Martha Zoller, who garnered 45% of the vote.
