Blue Ridge, GA – Painting People in Watercolor with Instructor Bobbie Crews! See live demonstrations by Bobbie THIS WEEKEND at Arts in the Park in Blue Ridge, GA, Booth #117.
Followed by the Arts in the Park festival, Bobbie will have a class called Painting People in Watercolor at the Blue Ridge Mountains Arts Association. The class will be held June 15-17 (12-5pm, Friday & Saturday; 1-5pm, Sunday) with the Tuition of $250.
This class is about capturing faces and figures in watercolor. Students will begin with a basic drawing (the foundation of a good painting), then watercolor will be introduced into the drawing. Students will learn to keep their colors fresh, and will receive lots of encouragement and instruction as well as see live demonstrations. (Figure drawing from a live model comes when painting the face is understood.)
